Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

*Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

*Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

*Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

*Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

DRAJ is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

*Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, DRAJ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist you with any information you may need.

* International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
